Quality Assurance Mission Statement

Quality Assurance provides the University Controller with an experienced, fast-response, "internal" consulting team that is assigned projects prioritized by the Controller.

The team provides the following:

• Review, design, and implementation of policies and processes
• Analysis of operational systems
• Identification of best practices
• Documentation and flowcharting of processes
• University-wide training design and delivery
• Temporary back-fill for key job vacancies
• Special projects and ad hoc research
